My Story…

I have struggled through chronic migraines since middle school, becoming new daily persistent headaches in high school. The care I received at UCSF Children’s Hospital and the UCSF pediatric neurology department was unmatched but it still took nearly 3 years to find relief because pediatric migraine medications are understudied and there are not enough healthcare professionals trained to help with migraines.
